Shared Segment not available in Power Bi desktop

Logged in to Power Bi DEsktop > Connect via Enterprise Id > Get Data > Adobe analytics > Selected the company - GSK > Report suite -gskdeallwebsites > Dimension - Page> click on Segment dropdown > The recently created segment (name : Test Adobe - share with Tanu ) shared with my profile (Name : Tanu Bhasin) doesn't show up in the drop down.

What is the reason when I have all the required permissions as well as the segment has been shared with me.

Does the segment which is created by youself recently show in Power BI Desktop?

No. I assume that it is a intermittent issue.

@v-yuezhe-msftOkay but there is another user who is unable to see the segments and its been over a month now. Can you let me knwo what could the problem might be and how do we fix this ?
