Report Page Tooltips with custom size off screen when using PowerBi Online

On Desktop this looks ok, although still cuts off a bit but when on PowerBi online it cuts off more. 

I have Page of 600x550 as a tooltip

I have add this to a visual

When Visual is at top or bottom the tool tip is displayed on the page.

TOP

Bottom 

Middle Top 

Middle Bottom 

As you can see the top and the bottom are not going aligning to top or bottom of frame and getting chopped off. 

Please fix by moving the top down to top of frame, or bottom to bottom

I cannot reproduce the issue. Try using the latest version of Power BI Desktop to recreate the report.

Thanks for replying @v-chuncz-msft  I have uploaded the pbix, I am on August 2020 version of desktop.

Although you can see it slightly in the PowerBi Desktop, when you publish it becomes very obvious
