Power BI Pro: All reports and dashboards disappeared after moving from trial to paid subscription

Hi all!

We have two customers who has the same issue right now. They have created several reports and dashboards in trial Power BI Pro subscription. Then purchased Power BI Pro in CSP, activated it and lost all their data. All reports and dashboards simply disappeared.

Did somebody has the same issue? What is the solution? How can we restore data?
