Odata feed unable to write data to the transport connection:

I am getting the following error message when I try to publish a PBIX to web that was previously working. It is pulling in data using 5 different Odata feeds, one of which is over 70MB in size. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this issue? as usual there is zero documentation anywhere about this issue!

"Couldn't publish to Power BI

An error occurred while attempting to publish "REBUILD Dashboard V2.pbix" Unable to write data to the transport connection: An exisiting connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
