KPI manual text value not visible on Android app

If the KPI value is defined manually, and contain "text" instead of number:

  • then the text value is not visible on Android app. Only KPI description shown with empty field.

On iPhone text value in KPI is shown, as expected.

Are you connecting to Reporting Service in Android App? If you are using Power BI Report Server, please make sure you are using the latest one.

Please provide your phone model, android version and Power BI App version (make sure you're using the latest one).

Please also provide the screenshot of the page where to set the KPI value, and the KPI visual displayed in Android App & iOS App.

Best Regards,
Herbert
