Thanks for your feedback ! I have a few questions to confirm.

1. could you open PBI Desktop normally before? Did you do any update operation?
2. What version of Desktop do you currently have?

You can uninstall PBI Desktop completely in the Control Panel and then go to Download center to download the latest version and install it.
