Couldn't Publish to Power BI

Facing an issue in publishing my power bi pbix. file to my workspace. Below error message received - this only started to happen 2 days back and prior to that I had no issues in publishing my pbix. file.

Any solutions / workarounds is appreciated.

if you are using a Power BI dataset with only build and read permissions as a datasource may have issues publishing the report to a different workspace in the service?

if so, it is a known issue as below:
