Changes not reflected after publishing to an app

Hello,

I have a few PowerBI reports that I publish to either an app or my workspace. When I publish to my workspace, the changes are always immediately visible online, but if I publish to the app, the changes seemingly take a random amount of time to reflect online. It seems to range from an hour or so to a day or more.

I've searched a bit on these forums and online and it seems I'm not alone with this issue.

Is there a known fix for this? Please note that the changes are not reflected either if looking at the report on another computer with another PowerBI account. I've tried republishing the report a few times, but that doesn't fix the issue either.
