I have noticed some pretty serious lag time on getting updates pushed through on my dashboards. When I publish the changes from the desktop it seems to show up pretty quick on the web service. But it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to as long as 45 minutes for those changes to show up on our SharePoint site. Has anyone run into this or know of a way to speed this process up?

Hi @Dgreen23 ,
loading time mainly depends on elements relevant to the report and data itself, including visuals, the size of the data, and the complexity of the queries and measures. So you may improve the performance for the dashboards or reports which are Embed in SharePoint online from these objects , see more details: Power BI Embedded performance best practices . For example, set Filters, bookmarks, and slicers, make Query caching in Premium capacity, improve Measure performance ,,, etc.
