Acess others users with Panel and Mobile

Hi guys! 

I need share the panel with others peoples the same organization, but, this peoples use just license free. But, now, this peoples when acess the panel, than Desktop and Mobile, not visualize informations. 

For test, I create the acess with SharePoint page and not working again. 

So, any people now what the ploblem? Appreciate the any answer.

To share content, both the sharer and the recipient usually need to have a Power BI Pro or PPU licence.

If there is content in the workspace that is allocated to Premium capacity, users with free licences can view that content.

You can also publish reports to the web. This way you can share reports with anyone, even if they do not have a power bi account.

However, publishing to the web allows everyone to access your reports, which can be a security risk.

If you try to share with users outside your organisation, they must have the appropriate permissions to view the content.
