Table showing last date entries

Hi, 

I am trying to create a table as refernce for my other table to check when an employee last changed his status, but i noticed i kept on getting duplicate entries if an employee changed his status to something else. Is there a way for me to retain the latest status instead? so i can do a lookupvalue on my other table?

In dax you can use summarize with max on few columns
