Pie-radar chart in Power BI

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to create a pie-radar chart in power BI, similar to the one shown below. There is a way it can be done in Excel - https://superuser.com/questions/687036/how-to-make-a-pie-radar-chart

The suggested solutions to use custom visuals did not get what I was looking for but figured a way to create Pie-Radar charts using Python script in visuals like the example shown below.
