Is it possible to use one column as an axis but other column as a display value?

I want to use one column from the data set to be used as chart axis but I want to use values from other column as labels. Is it currently possible?

 

If not, is there another way to transform values before they are being displayed as labels?

You may try to add a calculated column to combine values from these two columns.
