So frustrating. I'm using Desktop and my PC ground to a stop and needed a cold reboot. Since them I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I deleted the folder in my user folder and moving a copy to the local disc. My colleague can open the files I am working on, but I cannot open anything, no files at all, just keep getting "We weren't able to restore the saved database to the model" Are there any ofther files and folders I need to delete before performing a fresh re-installation to fix this?
