Unable to open document we weren't able to restore the saved database to the model

Hi,

 

I have two PowerBI -files which I have been working yesterday and all worked well. I also published them to PowerBI service. Now when I try to open the files, I get an error message saying that PowerBI is unable to open document, we weren't able to restore the saved database to the model. I have been using PowerBI from Windows Store and I did install it again, didn't work. I have also downloaded PowerBI software from the web and downloaded the files from service and I still have the same problems. The weird part is that my colleages are able to open those files.

 

Thanks in advance for any help that's possible.

Refer to these two  articles,maybe it will work well(One is to roll back the version and the other is to change the path):

@topick92 ,

 

That's weird. 

Try to download PBIX file from Published version of your report (app.powerbi.com) and open it.

Having the same issue. Can't open any of my reports after March update to Power BI Desktop (Microsoft Store app). Re-installing the app doesn't work. Anyone else experiencing this?
