The "NEw Look" is supposed to have the report title and "Data Updated | 10/24/19", with a dropdown to see the exact time the data was last updated. However, our users (except admins) aren't able to see this.
In the admin console, I wasn't able to find an exact setting that addressed this. Which setting do they need access to?
Hi @doctajeff
I just tested it and it works fine on my side. The version I used is Service version13.0.11109.192.
Could you please confirm you are operating on the latest version and share some captures if the issue still persist?
As I said... I can see the Date Updated text and dropdown, but our normal users cannot. I wouldn't be surprised that you can see this on a test instance where you have full permissions. So, I was wondering what setting would cause a user to not see this feature.
Here's our version info:
Service version 13.0.11189.172
Client version 1910.3.019
