hoping to stand up a mini pbi environment of my own

Hi I'm contemplating the creation of a 2 node environment in my home in order to gain additional experience with power bi.  one of the nodes would be a combined on prem ssrs + power bi reporting server , which i suspect will cost me noticably but i wonder about the cost of the pbi service subscription and gateway.   I already have a tenant account.  If i go bare bones with few refreshes but do want the experience of publishing dashboards, exercising the gateway etc, what will i be spending ballpark?

You can check Power BI pricing on Microsoft’s Power BI pricing webpage .

I think Power BI Pro license is enough for you, it costs $9.99 per user/month and you can alternatively attempt Pro free for 60 days .

You need sign up for Power BI for free by going to powerbi.com and selecting Try PowerBI for free.
After you have agreed to accept your free record, then you can upgrade account/try Pro for free.
