can I delete a previous usage metircs and create a new one?

Hello!

Previously in one of the workspaces, I created a usage metrics report and the dataset refreshed daily. For some reason, I deleted them. Now I want to create it again, However when I right click one of the reports in that workspace and choose to view usage metrics. It only shows the report until Aug.13 2022 (that is the date I deleted the usage metrics last time). I also can not find the related dataset so that I can not refresh it to date. I checked that workspace there is no usage metics report dataset there. How can I recreate a new usage metrics report which can show the latest data? Please help!

It can take up to 24 hours for new usage data to be imported.
