Attempting to display any report leads to endless 'Almost Done' screen.
My whole organization is experiencing the same as of this morning - we are running on a premium capacity - the support page shows there are no outages but none of the users are able to interact with reports on the web service - what is going on ?
@Anonymous does it mean you are able to access reports which are not in premium workspace and facing issue with reports in premium workspace?
If so, try restarting the premium capacity and see if that helps!
Check with your colleagues to see if they are able to access any report. If they are able to access, it could be just with specific browser/system/user. If they are also facing the same issue, you can follow up with your Global admins to check if there are any ongoing Power BI scheduled maintanances on your tenant.
Or it could be some outage on your datacenter. You can check Power BI Support page to see updates regarding the outages: Support | Microsoft Power BI
