I cannot refresh my report in PBi service . While click the refresh getting the error message. Also when trying to edit the credential for the data source, getting the error message as well. Would really appriciate if anyone can help in this regard pls.

"The Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine". This error will prevent the user from being able to import any Excel files.

Are you using a gateway to refresh the data? It seems the right OleDB-provider is not registered.
And you are using an Excel from Sharepoint/Onedrive, so did you also login with an Organizational account?
