I have a report on PowerBI server, a very simple one with data in Excel only up to a thousand rows. It works fine for a while and this morning I check the report it was not refreshed due to the reason that it was still in process from yesterday refresh. The report is included in an pulblished app and I can't cancel the refresh, I can't upload again from PowerBI desktop, I can't refresh it again!
Can you double check this issue and advice what need to do?

I don't connect the data through gateway. Not sure what happens but it just get back to normal this morning.

You may try to restart the gateway and then try it again.
If you have still this issue for Power BI, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support to get further help.
