Report data not refreshed despite successful data resfresh

My report is showing successful data refreshes as part of the daily schedule, however my measures and visuals are not updating.

The only way to update it is to refresh the report in Power BI Desktop then re-publish. Only then does it properly update.

Any reason this could be the case?

Report is direct query.

Could you please clean the cache of your browser to check again. Or just refresh the page by the Refresh buttom in power bi service.
