Power BI service menu options not showing

Hi,

Since 2 days (22/11/2016) I can no longer see menu options in Power BI service. I have tried various browsers and OS. All users in the same tenant are having the same issue.

I am hoping that someone can help here. Thank you!

This is no longer an issue since we have a domain admin. Not sure if and how this is related.

Thank you for your help!

Is there any way to access your repro environment?

Hi @v-haibl-msft,

I don't think this is related to any changes to policies/browsers since I have tried it on my home laptop as well and the issue is still there. I have also tried different browsers: IE, Chrome, Firefox, Chromium.

The issue is happaning on all menus.

Since all users in the same tenant are affected, I think you can contact your IT administrator to see if there is any changes to the policies/browsers which may cause this display issue. BTW, do you only have this display issue in this menu?

Best Regards,

Herbert

Thank you for your help. However, it looks like I need to be a Power BI Pro user to submit a support ticket. At the same time, we have decided to buy several Pro licenses but we first would like to "move" our tenant from Ireland to UK. We wouldn't mind completely closing our current tenant and opening a new one, since the current one was purly used to test out Power BI. Any idea how we would go about this since submitting a support ticket doesn't seem like an option unless you are Pro user?

I haven’t seen such issue. It seems to be tenant specific, you should create support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).

Best Regards,

Herbert
