How can I raise a ticket to Microsoft regarding a Power BI isssue? I don't know if it matters or not, but I have a PRO license and now I'm tring the Premium license.
I tried the virtual agent but as expected, it's not working...the mandatory field cannot be selected...

Based on the above information, if you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.

There is no Premium license. Do you mean PPU ?
Since you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
I don't know what is PPU, I talking about Power BI Premium.

Power BI Premium is a capacity rental. It is not directly related to Power BI Pro licenses.
PPU (Premium per user) is an attempt of bringing these concepts together somehow.
