I've noticed recently (past couple of months) that certain slicers, predominantly drop-down slicers, but also horizontal (box) slicers in the Service (workspaces and apps) are rendering incorrectly until "reset to default" is selected. This produces poor user experiences. The behavior appears inconsistent across slicers, and I can't figure out what's going wrong.
We've already had to tell our user base to be sure to hit "reset to default" to ensure the data displayed is correct (because it is randomly incorrect, for no apparent reason). Now this slicer issue is compounding the issue. What is going on?

The cause of this problem is not yet clear in power bi service, you can try to clear the browser cache or use other browsers to try it again.
