Hi All!
Do you know if it is possible to export data from visuals in a report that has been published to the web (for users who only have the url to see the report). The visual from where I need to export the excel or csv is a table.
Thanks!
Hi. No. There is no way to let a published to web report to export data. It's insecure, the link is public and it can be found on google after some time, it doesn't matter if the user has o doesn't have the link.
I hope that helps

Ok thanks for the information. However if i have a pro license can i share the report with a person who doesn't have any license on power bi (only the free version)? and this person can export the datas? thanks
No. Pro users can only share with pro users. Even if it's just a viewer.
The only way to let free users view reports is owning a Premium Capacity. It's a pretty strong difference in pricing. It's for many users.
I'm thinking you might be able to generate a button with Power Automate to export specific data for any user. More info: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/power-bi-automate-visual?tabs=powerbi-desk...
That would be the only way to export with publish to web. It's not recommended, but if you know the data is not so sensitive, go ahead.
I hope that make sense

Thanks for the solution. I will have a try. Do you know if through power Automate i can set a Button which enables viewers to export Excel on their dekstop? Thanks!! @ibarrau
The button is not for enabling something. It would be for exporting delimited and predefined data. I'm not a Power Automate export, so I don't think I can help with more details on how to build it.
I can share this example of sending emails, you can check it for exporting data. You probably need to get a better understanding on power automate to get the data you want to export.

I hope that helps,
P/D With the same account you login here you can ask at the Power Automate Forum if you get stack creating the flow.
