Error in Access menu for published reports

i have a problem.

For some reports that i have published i cant watch the access menu i get this error:

Please try again later, or contact support. Provide the following details when contacting support.

Please provide more detailed information to help clarify your scenario.(e.g. datasource type and connection mode, gateway setting and data source configuration, snapshot and detail error messages, gateway logs... )
