Enable Content Certification

Does anyone know if content certification is available only for premium users only?

Hi Xiaoyan,

It was probably due to my account which was just created and I couldn't see the options in the administration portal. It does show now.

Hi  @wnagase ,

I don't see any documentation on whether or not certification is limited by licenses at this time.
