Drill down option in matrix not available in Service mode even though I see it in desktop version

I am running into a strange error where I have a bunch of visuals and mostly all of them have drill down and drill up arrow (which shows up in when one hover over these visuals). However, as soon as I publish my report in Power BI Service, the drill down arrow, drill up arrow and export data option disappears. 

This happens only for MATRIX visual. 

What could cause these arrows on top of matrix to disappear in Service even though I see them in desktop version?

It's a very strange problem, based on my test, all works normally, have you tried using other broswer? You can also try to republish this report.

If these methods not work, I would suggest you opening a ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
