Date hierarchy drill down not working in Service Dashboard, works in desktop, service report.

The date hierarchy in my bar chart report works in Desktop, I get the arrows and my date field, set as hierarchy, drill from Year, Qtr, Month and Day as expected.

However, when I publish this report, I do see the arrows in the report and it still works. When I pin the report to a dashboard, the arrows are lost.

Seems buggy. Anyone else have this issue?

It is a known issue that drill down option is not working at dashboard level, please vote this issue in this idea: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/7161369-drill-down-in-dashboard .

Currently, we have to go to the report and then use the drill down feature.

Yes, i never seen that drill down works in dashboard.

For me is normal.
