percentage display problem on iPad

Hello,

I have a concern regarding the display of KPIs with percentages on power BI mobile when the application is used on iPad.

Do you know if it's a known bug? And above all do you know how to solve it?

Thank you,

Hi @Anonymous

Can you provide more details about your environment so that engineers could try to replicate?

What is your data source and which data connector is used?

Which version is the Power BI Mobile App on this iPad?

Which OS version is the iPad?

Which language is this report in?

And if possible, can you do the following tests?

1. If you have multiple iPads, test if this issue happens on other iPad devices.

2. Open a web browser on this iPad and log in to app.powerbi.com. Test whether this happens in web browser on an iPad.

3. Create a new report with other data source and add a card visual with percentage value. Test this report on the iPad.

4. Create a copy of this pbix file and publish the copy to another workspace. Test whether this issue happens.

Hi @mshenhav,

unfortunately I cannot share the report, the data being confidential and on a cube, you would have to be given access to the data so that you can see the bug and it is impossible, sorry.

The visual used is the visual "card".

On PC it works fine, but not on iPad.

Sorry, english is not my native language.

 Hey @Anonymous ,

What type of visual are you using? Can you please share the PBIX file with us?

Please send it to mpbisup@microsoft.com.

Thanks, Maya
