How to filter out personal workspacecs from list of workspaces in powershell cmdGet-PowerBIWorkspace

Hi,

Have a  powershell to look at the workspaces in the organization and trying to filter out personal workspaces as get error with below

Can use Filter to -eq but having issue with -NotLike.

How can this best be achieved?

Tried below but not working

Get-PowerBIWorkspace -Scope Organization -Filter "tolower(name) -NotLike 'personal*'"

If try this it works but woudl have thought coudl have used Filter?

$Workspaces = Get-PowerBIWorkspace -Scope Organization -All | Where {($_.Name -NotLike "Personal*")}

Thanks
