Hi Everyone, I tried to created a dropdown date filter for this bar chart. When I selected Date Type, eg. Daily, Monthly, Yearly, the bar chart didn't change correspondingly. When I selected Dynamic, I can adjust the date range and then the bar chart can be changed accordingly. How can I fix this issue?
Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
Hi Everyone,
I found a post on Date Filter: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Measure-to-show-the-data-as-daily-weekly-monthly-in-power-b...
I think it is similar to the solution I am looking for. However, I don't quite understand the
ISFILTERED('Slicer Table'[Selection]
section. It seems I need to create a Slicer table first. If this is the case, how can I create a slicer table? Any suggestion? I tried to find a video on this on YouTuBe and Power BI demo, I haven't found any of these. If you find one, could you please share it with me? Thank you!
thank you!
@Anonymous , what should it do, Change axis or data?
For data, you have a date range, so this filter would be inside this filter
for dynamic axis, you can refer to field parameter- https://amitchandak.medium.com/power-bi-field-parameters-a-quick-way-for-dynamic-visuals-fc4095ae9afd
