Sort by with legend

Hi,

I have a graph which shows sales for item categories on the x axis, and in the legend, I have year. This means I can see the sales value for items for each year (2018 and 2019 for now).

How can I sort the items by sales value but for 2019 only? Currently, when I use the sort by option, it sorts by the combined sales value of both 2018 and 2019.

Does anyone know how/if this is possible?

Thanks

@bo_afk ,

You can create a slicer visual based on year column and select year 2019. This will filter the other visuals on year 2019.

Hi @v-yuta-msft , thanks for your response.

I don't want to filter the visual for 2019, I would like to sort the values by descending order for 2019. But I still want to see the values for 2018 for these categories as well.

Hope this makes sense.
