Hi All,
I am using tabular model for my PBI reports. I have forecast numbers coming from the cube . Now I want to sum the forecast numbers . It should be a very straight calcualtion but my measure is not giving me the right answer. I am lost and not able to understand the issue.
Measure 4 :=
INITIATIVE CODE | MONTH SHORT | FORECAST | Measure 4 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 0 | 0 |
SAV002855 | Mar | 0 | 0 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 40 | 200 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 4000 | 40000 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 30000 | 150000 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 100000 | 500000 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 195401 | 195401 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 280000 | 1400000 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 380000 | 380000 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 400000 | 400000 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 900000 | 4500000 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 1300000 | 1300000 |
SAV002855 | Jan | 2746048 | 13730238.75 |
Total | 22595839.75 |
Hi @Anonymous
Do you have multiple same FORECAST value for the same month and same initiative code in the source table? Try adding FORECAST column to the table visual and select SUM aggregation for it to check whether the sum result is equal to the measure result. If they are equal, I think the measure is correct.
