SLA % Calculations

Hey everyone!

I have tried every combination of calcs and measures to get this to work but to no avail.

What I'm trying to achieve is a set of 4 KPI visuals that have the % Achieved values based on priority 1-4 and to change based on the filtered assignment group (firm wide). As the example table shows, any idea how I can achieve this please!! Pulling my hair out 😞 Thanks!

Hi @mshamsiev

Do you want the % of SLA to add up to 100 across all your data?

Or do you want it to be based on the Priority?

This will give you the % SLA no matter which fields you drag into your data.

NOTE: Change Table1 to your tablename

% SLA =
DIVIDE (
    COUNTROWS ( 'Table1' ),
    CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( 'Table1' ), ALL ( Table1 ) )
)

@GilbertQ,

Hey again 🙂 Thanks for the reply.

I'm aiming to have 4 buttons (KPIs), each will be filtered by P1-P2-P3-P4. On the side of the dashboard I have a filter with assignment groups. What I'd like is for each of the 4 visuals to present the % Achieved SLA for the selected assignment group or if I deselect the filter for a firm wide SLA for each priority. Thanks again!

Eg.    p1 SLA % Achieved              p2 SLA % Achieved         etc.

                    98%                                    66%

           Target: 95% (+3%)               Target: 95% (-29%)

hi @mshamsiev

Thanks for that, but in terms of how you get to the % of SLA are there specific statuses that would define what makes it up?

So for example how would I get the % SLA for P1?

@GilbertQ,

Ahh! Sorry. So the way in which I set it up in excel was to ustilise sumifs filtering on both assignment groups and priority. So total achieved per assignment group per priority divided by the total incidents for that specific assignment group/priority.

However, in Power BI I assumed we could use the 'visual level filter' for each of the 4 visuals and filter based on the priorities?

Hope this makes sense. I can send a snapshot of my excel setup if that helps.

Hi @mshamsiev

Would it be possible to please send me a snapshot of what needs to be achieved?
