Hello,
I've looked at the forums and found a couple items that seemed to be related but none quote the same as what I'm seeing. I'm using a separate date table to relate to other separate table values for calculations.
If I use a date slicer and filter down to a single month, the sums for the column are correct but still not on the rows.
Please let me know if I can help with any additional details, thanks in advance for any help.
Regards,
Seth Calkins

I took a look at Greg's response and I could not figure out a way to detail the month in the columns the way that the link Greg shared for "measures totals, the final word" details, but that looks exactly like what I want. I can't use a date field in my v_rpt_agreementlist table as it only has the start and end dates not constant updates for each month. I used v_rpt_time for the constant updates to show which agreements are active to capture that monthly amount.
My relationships are below
1 way join between time and dates on date_entered_utc (from time) to dates (used to identify column headers for month)
1 way join between agreement and time on agr_header_recid (which was used to identify the rows)
Zoe Zhi, I tried to filter down the data and you can access at the below link. It no longer will show the billing amount in the matrix, but contains the agreement table that has the billing amount and dates table that I was previously using.
Thank you everyone for your help.
This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376
