Problam using phyton and excel ib PowerBI

Hi,

I have a problem when I try to pinpoint an exact index of column or row, or search through the whole table.

Can anyone please send me a link to where it explains properly how to use python and excel in powerbi.

Is it just a terminal, meaning I need to learn how to use pandas and matplotlib individually?

All I basically need to do is :

1. use the excel file I have imported

2. Do different manipulations to the data in it.

3. Come up with a way to print the data collected , like a new table. (not the hard part)

So to sum up, 

If you can help me figure out how I can manage the first two steps, that'll be very helpful.
