How to count rows in one column for 2 different integers (count row with "10000" as well as "10100)?

I used this measure that returns the count of all rows in a column that contains 10000: 

CountBuisinessUnit = CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( 'All Current Employees', VALUE ( 'All Current Employees'[Business Unit]) = 10000 ))) 

BUT I have one business unit that consits of two BU codes. So, I need to have one measure count all rows in the column that have 10000 but also the rows that have 10100.

CountBuisinessUnit = CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( 'All Current Employees', VALUE ( 'All Current Employees'[Business Unit]) = 10000 ||  VALUE ( 'All Current Employees'[Business Unit]) = 10100)))
