CountBuisinessUnit = CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( 'All Current Employees', VALUE ( 'All Current Employees'[Business Unit]) = 10000 || VALUE ( 'All Current Employees'[Business Unit]) = 10100)))
