I have created reports in Power BI Desktop. However, sometimes some of the borders for the visuals disappear when the report is posted on an institutional page (but the borders show up on the Power BI report page when I am looking at it not on the institutional page).
In Power BI Desktop:
Report page:
Institutional site (note the missing right-side border and the right-side border of the visual to the left of this one is also missing its right-side border):
Sometimes it is the bottom border, sometimes side border, etc. I am not the owner of the institutional site but perhaps I could ask them to make a modification to some coding? Or is there something I can adjust in my report? Thanks.

IT suggested removing the borders from my report as one solution. They also made some slight tweaks to the way the reports are displayed in the portal, and it seems to working now as I have removed the borders. I'm not sure exactly what was changed in the portal by IT, though, unfortunately.
these answers dont help me, Im still have same issue with borders
please see images without borders on left/right
Are you creating these visuals in the Power BI Desktop or in the online service? In Power BI Desktop, you can adjust the gridlines using the Format Visual tool set in the Visualizations panel (this is a recently updated interface in the newer versions of Power BI Desktop). Sometimes re-sizing the visuals also helps to ensure the scroll bar isn't covering up some of the lines.
@JP-COE thanks for getting back and posting the solution. It helps the community. Well done and good luck.

@JP-COE not sure what you refer to institutional site? Are they embedding visual/report in their portal/site? if yes, how they are doing it?

Yes, it is an institutional data portal. We give them the iFrame data for the report, and then they publish it through the portal. I can try to hunt down some more documentation from them if that would be helpful?
