DAX calculation returns blank

I'm having trouble creating a measure, and I'm trying to simulate it in a DAX virtual table, I want that when it's between the 1st and 10th, take the sum of liters of fuel from the context, but from last month, p. ex, if it's November 5th, get October 5th, if it's 11th, get the sum of liters from 7 days ago, but it's returning empty, can someone help me understand what happens?

are you able to share your pbix or some data?

have you checked that you definitely have data for all the conditions?  Also the relationship view of your model. How are these tables joined?
