Hello, I have a data model with the following columns and I am trying to find both the MONTHLY churn rate AND ANNUAL churn rate and create 2 text boxes which just states the percentage. Can someone please advise what measures I have to write? (I also have a calendar table which is connected through non-active relationships to both date columns.)

My expected output is a single % number (measure) for each (monthly and annual % rates) that I can put on a text card

This post does not cover churn rate - just getting the numbers of people
@Anonymous are you sure you went thru the post, below is the extract from that post.
To evaluate the churn rate of a customer base, you can use the New and Returning Customers pattern to obtain the number of new, lost, returning, and recovered customers.
