Check who can access reports / modify user access

Simple question i hope - I have created and shared a bunch of reports. Now I want to remove some people access rights. Where can I view and modify who has access to what reports - surely must be somewhere in settings?

Found it! Open the report, click share. In the share menu next to "share" there is an "access" option - this will show all the users that have access. Simples!

Hi @RY33 ,

If you plan to publish your report to service, you could set RLS in desktop abd apply it in service. Here are the links for your reference.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-rls

You could also configure the members and the permissions of your workspace.
