I am looking for an possibility to analyze names in e-mails (outlook). For example:
Regards,
Tom
Regards,
Richard
I would like to connect them to the subject of e-mails. Is this possible in PowerBI?

Hi @td1400,
Do you want to get the sender name of emails? If that is the case, you can use Microsoft Exchange connector in Power BI Desktop to connect to your email, import Mail table, then expand sender name from Sender column, and you can find “Regards, Name” text by expanding TextBody from Body column. There is an example for your reference.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
