See illustration below, when I import the table to Power BI without any MDX or DAX filtering statement I get a list of all the table columns and the related measures to import:
However when I write a DAX statement to filter the table while importing it, the measures are left behind and not imported:

It is by design. When we use MDX or DAX to connect data source, it will show the query results in the Query Editor. If we want to show the list of tables, we need to import directly as you tried.
If you want to view the filtered table before import, I think you might need to create a new filtered table in AS. Then import it into Power BI. Otherwise, you could choose the tables and then transform the data in the Query Editor to get what you want.
