Add countrows to the total in a table

I have a table with many columns representing information about tickets and some measures.

I want to display :

in the total in the last line of the table : the number of the tickets displayed each time I select a filter

in the title of the section, display : Check details of X tickets

You can create a measure for the section title :

Display message = "Total of tickets " & COUNTROWS(yourTable)
