This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376
Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

I tried with both HASONEVALUE() & summarize function even tough not able to get expected row sum.
IFSD =
VAR TotalIFSD =
SUMX (
FILTER (
'source',
'source'[Engine Family] IN { "PT6 Shaft", "PW200", "PW210", "JT15D", "PW500", "PW300", "PW600", "PW800", "PT6A", "PT6E","PW100","PW150" }
),
DIVIDE ( 'source'[Quantity Of Basic IFSD], 'source'[Six Months Flying Hours] ) * 1000000
)
RETURN
IF (
HASONEVALUE ( 'source'[Date] ), -- Check if there's only one value in the DateColumn
TotalIFSD, -- If true, return the calculated IFSD value
BLANK () -- If false, return blank to avoid incorrect row totals
)
showing blank values for row sum.
Can anyone help me with this
