Actualmente estoy trabajando en un proceso para conectar nuestra instancia de ServiceNow a Power BI. Quería preguntar sobre las mejores opciones y prácticas. Estoy considerando conectar un controlador ODBC a nuestra instancia de ServiceNow que luego se conectará a una base de datos de SQL Server que se conectará al panel que he creado.
¿Es esta la mejor manera de hacer la conexión o hay una mejor manera? Además, ¿es realmente necesaria la base de datos SQL o solo será suficiente usar el controlador ODBC?
