¿Alguna idea sobre cómo puedo contar como 1 por nombre de usuario si la columna Nombre del curso tiene 3 de los siguientes cursos: PE 105, PE 110, PE 115? Solo quiero verificar qué nombre de usuario ha completado estos cursos y cuántos de ellos completaron los 3 cursos por Departamento y Área Mundial. ¡Gracias!
